General House Rules
• To our safety the doors have to be kept closed from 09:30 p.m. to 06:00 a.m. Even after a late visit, please make sure that the front door is closed.
• Stairs and corridors must always be kept free as ESCAPE ROUTES.
• Smoking in the public part of the house is prohibited (stairwell, elevator)
• Each tenant is responsible for ensuring that avoidable noise is avoided in the apartment, in the house and in the yard. Special consideration is required between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. (Night rest) Tenants who park in the yard at night should also pay attention to the noise level.
• The household generated trash must only be disposed in the outside provided dumpsters. Hazardous waste or bulky goods do not belong in the containers Dispose of cigarettes in your own trash. Do not throw them out of the windows.

Additional request regarding the apartment: Refrain from changing the apartment furnishings. If you want to change something during your stay, talk to us beforehand, or restore the original condition before you leave. If this is not the case, we will subsequently invoice you for the personnel and work required for this. We also ask here for your understanding and wish you a relaxing and satisfied stay with us.
