We wish you a warm welcome and are very pleased that you have chosen us. To make you feel right at home, we would like to give you a few tips:
Kitchen: Coffee (milk, sugar) and tea are available for the day of arrival. Dishwasher: tabs and rinse aid are available. Washing machine: washing powder and fabric softener, dish cloth, dish brush, tea towel, Zewa role are are available.
Bathroom: Hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, toilet paper are available. Cleaning and garbage disposal will done every 2 days. Please leave towels that you want replaced on the floor in the bathroom (please note that towels are changed every 2nd day at the earliest).
Bed linen will changed once a week.
If you need anything out of the ordinary, please contact us.
Smoking is permitted in the apartment, but we ask you to ventilate it sufficiently. Please think of the guests afterwards who also want to feel good.
After 10 p.m., please be considerate of the rest of the other guests.
Even with the greatest care, something can break. We kindly ask you to let us know so that we can fix it by the time you move the apartment.

We will be happy to help you to solve large and small problems as far as we can. Please also contact us if, despite our best efforts, something does not meet your expectations or if one of the items listed above is not available.
It is also in your interest to ensure that the entrance area is always closed.
Parties/events inside the apartments are not allowed.
An in-house chauffeur service can be booked directly through City Center Stays (including airport transfer).
An additional mobile air conditioner can be provided. Price: 40.00 EUR/day.
Another extra bed can be placed. Price: 35.00 EUR/day.
As a guest, we would like to ask you to transfer the damage deposit of EUR 400 so that it is on the account two days before your arrival (IBAN: IE71SUMU99036510355941 / BIC: SUMUIE22XXX). You can also pay the damage deposit in cash on site. We will then transfer this damage deposit back to your account within 7 days after your departure.
A large number of different shops, cafes, restaurants, beer gardens and sightseeing attractions are in the immediate vicinity.
You are right in the heart of Munich in the immediate vicinity of Karlsplatz, Marienplatz and Sendlinger Tor. Munich Airport is about 38 km away. All other public transport (main station, train, subway, tram, bus connections) are within walking distance and can be reached in a few minutes.
